One of the areas of Pritz Development Sp.z o.o. is the production of metal products. Manufacturing of metal structures for such areas as construction, trade, refrigeration equipment, engineering, as well as loft-style furniture for both industrial premises and home.
Our designers take on complex technical challenges, the full cycle of design, development and manufacturing of metal products on CNC machines.
The available machine park and equipment allows to organize production and technological processes to perform all main process operations - from the workpiece to the assembled unit, assembly, painting, packaging.
Qualified personnel guarantees the finish and product quality in full compliance with the requirements laid down in the design documentation.
TRUMPF punching machines and professional laser cutting complexes with ARAMIS hermetic zones make it possible to obtain high accuracy and quality of cut with minimum metal waste of 0,5- 14,0 mm thickness with a processing range of 3000 × 1500 mm, as well as with the possibility of galvanizing metals up to 6 mm
Bending of parts is performed on German equipment TRUMABEND 850S and V130 (length up to 3000 mm, thickness up to 6.0-12 mm), which allows to accurately and quickly give the workpiece the required shape, according to the design documentation. Welding is performed using semi-automatic TESLA machines
Powder painting provides high quality coating and also maintains excellent physical and chemical characteristics.
The production workshops are also equipped with appropriate modern equipment, such as an automatic line for cutting-to-length, PILOUS band saws, vertical drilling machines, stamping presses, a guillotine and other equipment.
The entire production cycle is closed. Engineers and managers are closely connected with production and can constantly monitor and improve the manufacturing process.
